Does your hair feel a little dull, lackluster, and dry?  You may want to give fermented rice water a try!  I have been very pleased with how my feels and looks after my fermented rice water applications.  Moreover, rice water has lots of vitamins and nutrients to promote stronger, healthier hair.  It may also be used on any hair type (relaxed and naturally straight guys and ladies need hair TLC, too).

Okay, you are convinced you need to try it, right?  So, how do you make fermented rice water?  It’s super easy.  Check out the video and recipe below to learn how.  Once you see how simple it is, I believe you, too, will be sharing this natural hair care tip with all your friends.

By now you should agree that even the newest natural hair DIYer can master fermented rice water.  You don’t even have to remember the steps in the video to do it.  Just download a copy of the Fermented Rice Water recipe for the written preparation and application instructions.

Some Things to Note

In my regimen, I apply rice water under my deep conditioner and let them process together to save time.  My current deep conditioner of choice is the SheaMoisture Intensive Hydration Mask I absolutely love these two together.  My hair feels so soft and moisturized after I am done.  Like I said in the video, my hair just springs back to life.

As I always note, each natural’s hair behaves uniquely.  So, the results I provide here are strictly my own, and your tresses may not react exactly the same.  However, you’ll never know unless you try, so I do encourage everyone to consider a fermented rice water treatment at least once to see if you’ll love it as much as I do.  Your future hair may thank you for it!
